Model Entry Fee - $10.00 (Unlimited Entries) (NON-REFUNDABLE) (Juniors Entry is FREE if Accompanied by an Adult) Admission Free to Spectators Model Car Vendors, Oldies Music and Raffle Prizes through-out the day.

Best of Show, Best Engine, Best Interior, Best Paint, And (22) Automotive Classes will be awarded for 1st... 2nd and 3rd place

Show Class/ Sponsorship

Juniors...

This class is open to ages up to and including 17 years old (Juniors/Seniors may enter the regular classes if they choose).

Trucks... (1 Ton and Under)

This class is designed primarily for street trucks up to and including 1 Ton pick-ups or flatbeds. Eligible entries include stock, modified, or mild customs and must be street legal. Any degree of detailing is allowed.

Competition..

Any car/ truck built for competition other than Drag Race. (Includes but not limited to Nascar/ Nastruck, Indy Car, Road Race, Monster Trucks, Land Speed, etc.).

Curbside...

Any car or truck built purely for "Looks" just as it sits on the table. The engine and interior will not be considered in the judging. Windows may be blacked out and no open hoods. If the interior or engine is visible, the interior and/or engine WILL NOT be judged, or count in the judging. (Blowers sticking through the hood are allowed).

Curbside Plus...

Any car or truck built purely for "looks" just as it sits on the table. This class allows for an engine or interior to be considered in the judging. Windows may be blacked out.

Custom...

Any vehicle of any year that has body alterations so that it is no longer stock in appearance. (Includes but not limited to Show Customs, Movie/TV Cars or trucks, Factory Concept or Experimental Cars/ Trucks).

Diorama...

Entries must depict a scene of Real Life or "Tell a Story". Entry MUST be automotive related and contain at least 1 automotive vehicle.

Drag Racing...

Any car or truck set up to run either the 1/8 mile or 1/4 mile. (Pro Stock, Funny Cars, Dragsters, Pro Mods, Pro Sportsman, Jet Cars / Trucks, Wheelstanders etc).

Nostalgia Drag Racing...

Any car or truck that would have run the 1/4 mile prior to 1973, or would qualify for nostalgic drag racing today. (Funny Cars, Dragsters, Altereds, Gassers, etc).

Small Scale...

Any automotive model smaller than 1/25th scale

Large Scale...

Any automotive model larger than 1/24th scale.

LowRider "A"... (Any Vehicle 1959 and Older)

Any car or truck 1959 and OLDER that has been lowered, dropped, slammed, and built in the traditional Low Rider Style..

LowRider "B"... (Any Vehicle 1960 and Newer) 

Any car or truck 1960 and NEWER that has been lowered, dropped, slammed, and built in the traditional Low Rider Style.

Miscellaneous...

Any automotive related entries that do not fit into the other classes (Including but not limited to RV's, Civilian Boats, Race Boats, Zingers, Cartoon Vehicles, etc.).

Modfied Diecast...

 Any die-cast car or truck that has been fully modified from it's original condition. These modifications include but not limited to Re-painting, Detailing, Flocking, Bare Metal Foil, Decals, Tires & Rims, etc. The more modifications the better.

(No pre-painted kits built straight out of the box).

Motorcycles...

All scales, all styles, any degree of modifications. (Street Bikes, Drag Bikes, Custom Bikes, Road Race Bikes, etc.)

Box Stock...

Any 1/24 or 1/25 scale car or truck built right out of the box. Paint, bare metal foil, flocking, and decals other than the ones provided in the kit will be allowed. NO other modifications to the kit are allowed unless specified in the kits instructions. (The base kits instructions is required for an entry into this class).

Factory Stock...

 Any car or truck built to replicate a "Factory Production Vehicle". Any level of detail is allowed. Entry should be accompanied with reference material to assist the judges with their decision.

Street Machine/ Pro Street...

Any 1950 or newer car or truck with treaded tires. Tubbed or Pro Street vehicles must be street legal", (NO SLICKS).

Street Rod/ Hot Rod...

Any Pre 1950 car or truck built in either the "High Tech" or "Traditional" style. All entries must have treaded tires, (NO SLICKS) (With the exception of "Cheater Slicks" used for period correct cars/trucks)".

Looks Good in Suede...

Any car or truck that is "complete" and the exterior has a primer finish. (Rat Rods, Customs, etc).

Theme Class... (Anything That ends in the "9")

Anything that ends in "9" Any car or truck where the year model ends in "9". (1909, 1919, 1929, etc).

Primer Table...

  An Non-Judge primer project table will be available

Show Rules

... All models must be the sole work of the entrant. ... Models may have display bases with-in reason. Motorized turntables shall be disabled prior to judging. ... Decision of the Judges are final. ... Members of the Kitbashers of So. California are not permitted to enter any models into competition.... Citrus Nationals staff request models not to be removed from the judging tables until after awards  ceremonies. ... Registration Closes at 12:00 Noon (All Entries Must Be In Place and registered By 12:15 pm). ... At the close of registration no additional models will be (Not Allowed) on competition tables. ... Judging Begins at 12:15 pm Awards Presentation at 2:45pm till done ... The "NO SWEEPS" rule is in effect at this show...
